Server System requirements
We use the CrossmarX Application Platform on the following platforms:
- Linux
- MS-Windows
To run the CrossmarX Application Platform on your system (server) it should have at least 4G work memory and about 50G available on hard disk. Note that these are the minimal requirements. If you need more detailed information please contact CrossmarX.
Databases
The Application Engine can be configured to run with all major RDBMS systems, such as:
- MySQL 8.*
- Oracle
- Microsoft SQL Server
- Sybase
- Postgress
- Apache derby
Note. The CrossmarX Application Platform uses the UTF-8 character set.
Java
The CrossmarX Application Platform needs Java 8
Example configuration
The following system configuration is commonly used on our own servers:
